To access the Children’s Centre services it is recommended that you complete a Children’s Centre Registration Form. It is vital for us to undertake regular evaluation to ensure that we provide services for our community. The completion of this form is essential for us to perform this vital evaluation of services.

Once we have received your completed Registration Form you will be contacted by a member of our team who will then issue you with a ‘Welcome Pack’.
